Add cream cheese &#8220;Delight,&#8221; whipped cream, salt and pepper. Last, add the chives and a grating of nutmeg. The mixture should be creamy and can be spread on different types of bread, used as a filling for savory puffs, vol-au-vents, and small puff pastries.
