Ingredients:
- gr. 125 of cream cheese (ricotta – robiola),
- gr. 80 cream of Fossa cheese “Delight”,
- salt – pepper – nutmeg,
- 1 tablespoon of fresh whipped cream,
- Chopped chives (or other herbs and spices).
Using a whisk, mix the cream cheese until frothy. Add cream cheese “Delight,” whipped cream, salt and pepper. Last, add the chives and a grating of nutmeg. The mixture should be creamy and can be spread on different types of bread, used as a filling for savory puffs, vol-au-vents, and small puff pastries. You can also vary the spices and herbs by using, for example, green pepper, paprika or chopped basil, garlic and thyme.
