Lamb chops au gratin with Sogliano dop Fossa cheese

 Preparation time: 20 min  |    Difficulty: low   |    Recipe cost: high   |     Serves for: 2-3 persons

Ingredients:

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 eggs
  • gr. 70 of butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • gr.100 of grated Fossa cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • salt,
  • pepper

Beat the ribs and dip them in beaten eggs to which you have added 30 gr. of Fossa Cheese, then in breadcrumbs. Cook them in butter, turning them on both sides. Place the ribs in an oven dish and top with a spoonful of hot tomato sauce. Spread grated Fossa Cheese and a knob of butter on each rib. Put them in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
