Ingredients:
- gr. 400 of penne,
- gr. 100 of prosciutto,
- 10 black olives,
- gr. 100 of flaked “Pecorino di Fossa” cheese,
- 1/4 liter of cream,
- a knob of butter,
- 1 glass of white wine,
- tomato sauce,
- salt – pepper – oregano to taste.
Sauté diced prosciutto, pitted and chopped black olives in a little butter. Pour in the white wine and evaporate over high heat. Then add the cream and tomato sauce and cook for a few more minutes. In the meantime, cook penne in plenty of salted water, drain and sauté in a pan with butter. Season with sauce, pepper, oregano and flaked “Pecorino di Fossa” cheese.
